Lunch Plenary: Delbert Pungowiyi, Chris Kolerok, Eva Malvich, and Chris CollinsHousing First Across the Country is the second in a series of A Roof town hall meetings to be held around the state. Nancy Burke with the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority moderates a discussion with Housing First experts Sam Tsemberis and Bill Hobson. Housing First is a growing movement for addressing chronic homelessness. The basic idea is if you provide people with permanent, supportive, stable housing, then it’s easier to treat the underlying cause of their homelessness.
