Interested in volunteering at KTOO? Find out more about our individual volunteer opportunities available at KTOO. If you are 18 years of age or older, and able to volunteer at least six hours during a six-month period, consider one of these volunteer opportunities below:
Volunteer at the station:
- host a music or talk show
- audio engineer a radio program
- answer phones or call to thank members during Membership Drive time
Volunteer at events (21 and over):
- be an Event Ambassador and help with logistics at special events like comedians Tig Notaro, David Sedaris and Paula Poundstone, NPR correspondent Melissa Block, or our annual Seafood Festival
- provide outreach at other KTOO-supported local events to share the joy of public radio and membership
Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with KTOO. Right now we are seeking volunteers to support our growing public events held throughout the year. If you are a champion of public radio, organized, a team player, and a great communicator — tell us more about yourself!
